Accessibility and ways to reach us
Last updated: October 2026
Walsar Tree Service wants walsar.monster to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach website access. It is a general template and does not offer legal advice.
The Standard We Work Toward
Our aim is a website that as many people as possible can use. We work toward Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.1. This is a widely used standard for website accessibility.
How We Support Access
Our accessibility aims include:
- Clear headings with pages arranged in a logical order
- Text alternatives for images that convey meaning
- Readable text with suitable color contrast
- Access to site functions using only a keyboard
- Pages suited to phones, tablets and computers
- Plain wording that is simple to understand
- Form labels that clearly identify each field
Areas That May Need Work
Parts of the site may still fall short of these standards. Third-party content, including embedded tools, may be beyond our control. We check the website periodically and address problems we identify.
Another Way to Get Help
If a page or form is difficult to use, other contact options are available. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or send an email to contact@walsar.monster. We will do our part to help.
Tell Us About an Access Problem
We welcome reports about difficulty using the website. Email contact@walsar.monster and describe:
- Which page or feature caused difficulty
- What occurred and what you expected instead
- Your browser, device or assistive technology, if known
We will read and review your message. We aim to respond within a few business days.
Access as the Website Changes
Making the site accessible is continuing work. We will keep accessibility in mind as we update pages and continue making improvements.
Request a callback
Tell us what has changed in your yard. Use the request form to seek a local tree removal appointment and discuss access, cleanup and timing.
