How to tell us something went wrong
Last updated: October 2026
Walsar Tree Service wants homeowners to have a fair and honest experience when making contact. Please tell us when something goes wrong. This page sets out how to complain and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Concerns You Can Raise
You may contact us about:
- Your experience reaching Walsar Tree Service by phone or another method
- The handling of your personal information
- Website information that seems incorrect or unclear
- The conduct of a provider you reached through our service
Problems With Property Work
Providers in our network operate independent businesses. Their quotes, prices, work and customer service are their responsibility. If a problem concerns tree work at your property, it usually makes sense to raise it with the provider first. Keep a written record of that discussion.
Please tell us about the issue as well. Provider feedback helps us support honesty within the network. Repeated problems may result in a provider's removal. Walsar Tree Service cannot resolve contract disputes, refund payments for provider work or decide matters on a provider's behalf.
Details to Send With a Complaint
Write to contact@walsar.monster with:
- Your name and contact details
- The date of your contact with us or the provider
- The number you dialed or form you used, if remembered
- The provider's name, if you know it
- An explanation of the problem and the action you would like us to take
Our Review and Reply
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then review the circumstances. That review may involve contacting the provider. Our reply will explain our findings and any action we are taking.
Asking for Another Review
If our response does not address your concern, reply to request another look. You may also approach your state's consumer protection office, attorney general or local Better Business Bureau. A state or local licensing office may be able to assist with concerns involving licensed contractors.
