How Our Network Works
Request an estimate from a local provider
Start by describing the change
Say a branch that once cleared your roof is now resting on it. You do not need to know the right cutting method before asking for help. Explain what happened and keep away from the affected area.
Walsar Tree Service handles the referral connection. An independent local provider handles the assessment and any tree work you agree to. When discussing the job, confirm the business name of the provider who would visit your property.
Request a callback to check provider availability and describe the tree concern at your property.
Give the request a clear shape
The first conversation should establish your address, the service you need and whether there is a current hazard. Mention a fresh lean, broken limb or tree blocking access before discussing routine yard plans.
Useful details include nearby wires, fences and the route into the yard. Take photos only from a safe position if the provider requests them. Keep away from any tree touching wires and contact the utility or emergency services as appropriate.
The provider confirms availability and explains whether a site visit is needed. Requesting an appointment does not establish a work date until the provider confirms it.
Ask what the quote includes
A tree removal quote may cover different tasks from a stump grinding quote. Ask for enough detail to compare the proposed work with what you want done.
- Which tree or stump does the price cover?
- Are branch removal, hauling and cleanup included?
- Will the stump remain, or is grinding included?
- How will equipment reach the work area?
- What insurance applies to the work, and can you see documentation?
- Who checks whether local permission is needed?
Mention buried lines, basement window wells and sump pump discharge pipes. Ask how the provider plans to avoid damage near them.
Keep decisions with you
You choose whether to accept the provider's proposal. Ask for a written quote and take time to resolve anything unclear before work begins. If the scope changes, request the revised price before agreeing to additional work.
Seasonal conditions may affect scheduling or access. Soft ground after flooding can change where machinery can travel. Ask whether weather could alter the plan and how the provider would discuss that with you.
Make the next conversation useful
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Discuss service questions, job changes and payment terms directly with the provider responsible for your work. Contact contact@walsar.monster for questions about the referral service.
Use the request form to share what you have noticed and ask for an appointment. Keep your description simple so the provider can explain the next step.
Request a callback
Tell us what has changed in your yard. Use the request form to seek a local tree removal appointment and discuss access, cleanup and timing.
